How to Apply

The duly filled in prescribed Admission form must reach personally or by registered post to the Director ABUL KALAM MINORITY TEACHER’S TRAINING COLLEGE (For B. Ed.) Village- Katahri, PO- Semri, Via-Narkatiaganj, District- West Champaran along with following documents.
i. Marksheet & Certificate of Matriculation
ii. CLC/TC

Application received on or before the closing date only will be entertained but after the closing date or incomplete it will be rejected out rightly. Admission Notice is published in all the leading Newspapers of English, Urdu and Hindi in the fThird week of March every year. . Admission Form and Prospectus may be mad available on payment of Rs. 500/- from our office counter or by post by paying Rs. 600/- through Money Order/ Demand Draft.

Instructyion for Candidate
I. Admission of any candidate will be provisional and may be cancelled if any discrepancy will be found or the candidate shall fail to comply with the rules, regulations and other conditions as laid down by the college.

II. 75% of attendance are essential, other wise such candidates who do not fulfil the required percentage will be debarred from appearing at the final Examination as per the rule.

III. This condition will stand for those candidates also who do not show satisfactory progress in their studies besides good character wise and outside the college.

IV. The student’s name is liable to be dropped from the rolls, if the candidate is continually absent for more than ten (10) days without having prior permission.

V. The re-admission fee will be charged if re-readmission is allowed.

VI. In case, a candidate fails to report on due date and produce the required documents, fee etc. claim admission will not stand any further. In such case vacant seats will be allotted to others in order of merit.

VII. Rules and Regulations are to be followed quite strictly. The college, however reserves the right to refuse admission of any candidate without assigning any reason.
VIII. All candidates admitted to this college, shall have to sign a form of bond containing the code of conduct to be furnished by the office. Any violation of code of conduct will justify the expulsion from college.

However, Fifty percent (50%) of intake seats are reserved for the students of muslim Community and other reservation as per Govt. rule. In case of unavailability of minority quota candidates vacant seats will be treated as general.

Fees Structure
I. At the time of admission selected students are required to pay the total fee including other charges of Rs. ………………………………………….. only at a time for full course of one year of B.Ed. course. The amount paid shall not be refundable.

II. The above charge is to be paid by D.D. in favour of Secretary, ABUL KALAM MINORITY TEACHER’S TRAINING COLLEGE,……………………..

III. University Examination Fe and other charges will be paid by the students when required in addition of above course fee.

IV. Authority will have the right to reserve admission procedure, fees and other charges other allied matters at any time without any prior notice.

Hostel Facilities
According to the need of students separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are arranged. Every desirous student will have to pay Rs. ……………. As hostel charges for one year at the time of admission
a. No cooking is allowed within the premises of the hostel.
b. No guest is allowed to stay in the hostel premises.
c. No arm and weapon of any kind is allowed to be kept by any student in the hostel.

Dress Code
For Boys: Black Trouser, White Shirt, Black Shoe and White Socks and for winter Black Sweater/|Coat.

For Girls: White Shalwar, Black Jumper, White Dopatta, Black Shoe, White Socks and for winter Black Sweater/|Coat.

Other Instructions
A teacher can not afford to remain on a beaten track because he meets new problems every day. He has to:
I. Help children of diverse personalities and backgrounds.
II. Select experience and subject matter for those children.
III. Know what constitutes desirable conduct for children and why.
IV. Decide on methods to use, emphases to make values to prefer, conditions to strive, changes to advocate
V. Make efforts to accomplish the purpose of education.
